As seasons change I become more aware that people do to. Circumstances, chances, feelings, memories and time is there to remind us that this is as natural as ever. Hard to accept, hard to get used to, but they still happen. Every succes is quickly followed by sorrow, maybe for us to gain strength, maybe to remind us that we have to keep fighting, that we are not allowed to stay to enjoy our small victory, who knows? It happens and we never learn to not be affected, wounds are there, we cannot scratch them away, heal them away, no matter how good doctors we are. Time laughs paternally and watches us from aside as we keep growing. I am a big fighter, but now I lost the whole war, the one who should've fought with me abandoned the battle. They all do. But I will be the hero one day, wounds don't scare me, betrayal doesn't scare me, loneliness doesn't scare me anymore, it's just me and my will. In it all. Forever.
